Deliveries and returns
We offer 2 types of delivery service for our Freixenet Products:
24h Next Day Delivery to the UK
(per max 17Kg / 10 single bottles / 5 double sized units). Monday to Friday only.
Price of this option = £8
2-5 Working Day Service
Price of this option = £6
We might have a reduced delivery schedule at various times of the year, e.g. the Christmas period.
All Product deliveries must be signed for by an adult over the age of 18 years. We are entitled to assume that anyone aged over 18 years at the delivery address who signs for the delivery has your authority to do so.
How can you track your order?
By providing us with your email address during the checkout process, you will be notified confirming when your Product delivery is ready to despatch and when the delivery is due.
How do I place a return?
We're sorry you were not happy with your order. Please reach out to email@example.com with your order number and the Products you'd like to return, and we'll take care of the rest.
Returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order. The order number must be provided to place a return. Returned items will need to be in their boxes and in perfect condition to have the return accepted.
Subject to our Terms, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded unless the Products are faulty or mis-described. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you place the return.
We don’t accept Exchanges.
What should I do if I receive the wrong Product?
If you received a Product different from the one that you ordered please contact us at email@example.com , and we’ll be sure to get you the right Freixenet Product you ordered!
